Has anyone else seen the 3Dfx advertisement in PC Magazine 11/3/98? I am relatively new to the 3Dfx scene, but this in the first time I have seen an ad in this periodical. The ad says, "That is why 3Dfx is the accelerator of choice for top publishers like Electronic Arts and Activision and top computer manufacturers including Gateway, Compaq, Micron and Packard Bell." I don't know enough about 3Dfx to know if they are talking about past design wins or not. Can anyone shed some light on the situation. BTW the ad is nicely done and I think is very much in the "Intel Insider" advertising flavor.
