Yeah, but what processor are they gonna run on?? That's easy. The only java processor currently available. -- PSC 1000 the world awaits you. -- Michael

Dave, There are dozens, perhaps hundreds, of potential applications for the PSC1000. The more java based software is written, the more devices will be invented to utilize it. Yes, the world does indeed await ShBoom for embedded applications. I am astounded at the arrogance of Sun and IBM for thinking they can invent a better chip and produce it at a competitive price. Why they don't simply license the core and create their own chips is beyond me. There are all sorts of processors they could make from it. BTW it would also make a neat java co-processor for Intel's x86 line. I am hopeful that one day the world will beat a path to Patriot's door. I just hope I'm still alive to see it! Cap
