Searle:

Beware of Sheep in Wolf's clothing.:)

I've taken another look at the weekly s&p 500 chart with slow stochastics at bigcharts and at the cbs.marketwatch sites as of this Tuesday evening.

Everything remains the same. We are missing a 6th wave down for the latest 38 weeks cycle for the financials.

What greenie has done with his rate cut is to just have given the financials a higher place to fall from...he sees something coming down the pipe... and I believe it's my 6th wave....:)

I thought that maybe I had skipped a beat in my count of the waves but going back 3-4 years on the weekly everything seems to be in place.

It's late in the count. We are now 2 1/2 weeks price wise past the ending of the 38 week cycle (that's on a TIME basis.) Something has got to give.

I still say: Down from here for the S&P 500... It could be a nasty downer but since the financials have been positioned high up there, we might just have high dramatics (say 1,000 points down) but still leave everyone in a quandry as to whether or not we are in a bull or bear market.....etc.,etc.,etc. (or also know as: blah, blah, blah)..

Sitting on the sidelines; awaiting the word from Mr. Market.
