What complete nonsense. Sid Kemp was not giving up on Franklin Lake.

You have bought in totally to propaganda from the Johnson/Lett or nothing camp. These people have played us all for a bunch of suckers. Naxos is their personal piggy bank to finance their questionable research agenda and they have attacked anything that does not specifically promote their narrow agenda. These people do no have the interests of the Naxos shareholders at heart. These parasites will suck Naxos dry for their own benefit.

And as much as you object to the Johnson/Lett process being called a black box that is exactly what it is. If there is a process why are there no verifiable numbers over a year after they first claimed they had the process? I'll tell you why, because they keep changing the process. That's why there is no Russell report. Thing about it, over a year ago we kept hearing breathless reports from Matt Walters (may he burn in hell) about how Dr Johnson had a process to unlock Franklin Lake and how we were getting a great deal by turning over a third of the company. Somehow he never got around to mentioning that a member of his family, his father, had a major ownership position in the Johnson/Lett partnership. Besides that he was full of shit about the process since it was never verified and has now conveniently changed to the point where we are discussing much lower opts. It is pretty clear that there was no stable process at the time and we got suckered. We are a year further down the line, Johnson still does not have a stable process and Austin Lett and Matt Walters have their hands deep in our pockets.

Sid may not have been the best CEO but at least he was trying to fairly evaluate the Johnson process and provide the company with other alternatives. But unfortunately the company remains hostage to people who have bought into the Johnson/Lett propaganda campaign.
