So what is going on? There seem to be some deep hostilities bubbling to the surface. Henry, Mark, Larry, Naxos is late in the fourth quarter and down by 21 points with 4 min left on the clock. Why the whining from you boys about J&L, Sid (Hate to see him go myself), and some shareholders you don't seem to agree with. Why not spend your time putting X's and O's on the blackboard for us ding bats. Tell us how you would win one for the Naxos Gipper. What direction does Naxos need to take now and why? How will your plan save the day? If the buying of other properties is such a hot idea, why not put your money were your mouth is and fund Mr. Norton on a new venture and forget Naxos all together? Why do you need FL to work? You lost out on SFA as a viable plan. You dont think J&L will save the day! So tell me boys what am I missing here? What is your view of the future for Naxos? I think you should be backing Sid and asking him to stay on to prove out the SFA plan myself forget the black box idea.

I did not imply Dr Johnson is a fraud. I believe he is honest and really believes in his process. I also believe he may be right. However he does not manage the financial dealings of the Johnson/Lett process. I have serious questions, however, about the dealings of the people he is associated with. Your comment don't you think it is odd that Kemp did not uncover and reveal this already. How can you say that with a straight face? What the hell do you think was going on this year? Why do you think the company did not go through with acquiring the Johnson/Lett process and handing over a third of the company? It was because Kemp and company mangement realized they were being sold something that, to be charitable, was still a work in progress. And for this they got castigated by the majority of shareholders for being 'unfair' to Johnson/Lett. I remember your voice in the throng. I have no problem with you having had that view at that time but how can you now ask why Sid did not uncver this? What stock have you been watching? Henry
