John,

I do not know anything specific. I do know for the past few quarters they have been reporting the effect of their ownership in CMPC dropping below 50%.

I just listened to the conference call. They sound like they are going to use a large amount of the cash from the TLAB sale to purchase SFE stock and the stock of partnership companies which they feel are undervalued. I suspect prime candidates are OAOT, DOCC, CMPC, USDC and CVSN.

Tokyo Nikkei rises over four pct in late morning

TOKYO, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Tokyo's benchmark Nikkei average was up more than four percent in late morning trade on Wednesday, helped by a recovery in bank shares and leading blue chips, brokers said.

Could mean will be up tomorrow.
