ENER - I am not getting along with them from the beginning. Make me wade through 37 pages of drivel to find their balance sheet.

They've already pissed away 192 million. I think it would be better to wait to see if one day they can actually break even, or perhaps make $ so they can stop printing shares, or perhaps wait for 1999 when directors' Class A stock (which gives them voting control) converts to what the rest of us have to buy.
