To Drew: Per Clark Hare, the WLL differential is more like 4 to 5 times. As Maurice points out, that is of some significance for folks in India or similar countries with people who are really poor (compared to Pennsylvania at least) but want some chance to communicate somehow once in a while or a shared basis in a village or suburb. And unfortunately bribes and/or "fees" are necessary for wire lines (where available) too. Do you suggest the Q withdraw from the WLL business even where the effective demand is demonstrated? If so, why? Chaz
