Pat,

Yes, but on the flip side they are realizing revenue in this quarter for loans that they made earlier in the year as well. This is what I'm concerned about. They made .32/share, but how much was this quarter sales, and how much was payments against earlier loans. This accounting is all screwed.

Second, if CLEC's are taking loans from ASND, even though ASND is writing them down what does that say about the health the carriers. I know we haved talked about this on this thread before. SOme said that CSCO would be impacted more severly by the economic slowdown since they deal predominantly with enterprise customers and that ASND would be insluated since carriers have deep pockets. But, it appears that this thinking is flawed.

Amen my brother! Yesterday I was contemplating what I would be doing with all the new found $$$ after asnd announces their numbers. Today I am utterly speechless...What a bunch of yahoos! GO f___n ASND, GO!!!

The Lucent people carry around form financing agreements in their briefcases. If ASND had to only finance 5 customers last quarter, they are really kicking ass !
