Jens: Not sure about the time-table included in your post. But the company has had several write-offs from R&D. For purchasing: . the 1/2 of Metaphase they didn't own. . the CASE acquisition. . the CAMAX acquisition. And to keep it in perspective, they will have some (dunno how much) in Q-4 for the purchase of Imageware. This purchase is to book about $11 million this year. And should somewhat balance the loss of the recent "sold-off" division. It was booking about $8 million and losing money. ( I should remember which one of the above you referenced, but guess I'm sleepy tonight. It's not in my memory bank. ) Jerry
