I'm at a loss for words with this stock. The way this stock behaves defies explanation. Strong market, strong takeover possibility and nada. No volume, no price movement, zilch. Does anyone care or even follow this stock anymore? I think your reference to manipulation is off base. I think the bottom line is that no one is buying - period. Shorts are not covering. Institutions won't touch it until they show definitive signs of strength - OEM announcements, strong evidential forward looking statements (roadmap), sustained price strength and moderate volatility. Too many retail folks got burned big time and they're staying away. Daytraders did not come back the way I thought they would. They waited, saw no movement and passed. Market makers saw no buy interest so they dropped their prices. On the sell side - long sellers are long gone. New short sellers would be trying to squeeze water out of a rock - not worth it. So where does this leave us - total limbo land. Of course, this is just speculation on my part. Joe C.
