I don't know the answers to your questions regarding some additional financing. The only thing I can tell you is that Dave Collins seemed remarkably unperturbed about it.

Regarding Wave's cash situation:

I spoke to WAVE's CFO 3 weeks ago. He told me, among other things, that he had numerous calls on a weekly basis offering private preferred type financings similar to the series "G" placement last March for $3 Million. GETTING CASH did NOT seem to be the concern...negotiating the best deal seemed to be the only concern.

He also mentioned that they were hiring qualified staff at a fast rate.

This was the Third time in the past year I had spoken to top management at WAVE and once again everything sounded very much on track.

Now that the "announcement" is behind us, I think that we can now safely sit with our positions. The stock should fluctuate between 3.75 and 7.00 as additional announcements and presentations at COMDEX battle the reality of additional funding needs and usual delays in deployment of the new chips. I really don't look for explosive growth in share price until Wave gets re-listed, but at the level that we acquired our shares it is comfortable to just sit back and watch the action. (Still trying to complete my back-swing.)
