Thomas:

> Jim Jubank @ MSN.investor says sell LSI, will be at the same price in a year.

Who is Jim Jubank?! and why on earth would I want to listen to him? Is he like the great Acompora (!!) whose words of mouth can tumble the entier market, or is he like Ellaine Garzelleri (sp?) the great who can preidct the market crash by simply looking into the stars, or is he like the magestic Tom Kurlak (!) whose wisdom and words of mouth have brought many fortunes to many semi share holders (in particular INTC, and TXN shorters!!)! Please fill me in on Sir Jim Jubank the great, so I can add him to the list of people I should follow so blindly and with no hesitation what so ever.

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Well, well, well... Jim Jubak recommended us to buy LSI @ 34, and again @ 24. And @ 12, he is recommending us to sell it!

Now Jubak has me utterly, completely and thoroughly confused! Mr. Jubak, please tell me -- is the formula "buy low, sell high", or is it "buy high, sell low"? ;-) ;-)

Dipy.

I e-mailed Jim Jubank and asked him why he would sell LSI at the
multi-year low. Here's his response (along with my question):

Well if I believed that LSI would be a $20 a year from now that's true. I
think we differ on the schedule for any recovery in the company's business.
If Asia is crawling off the bottom by June, you're probably right. If the
bottom isn't until 2000, then you're holding dead money. I believe the
latter--but if the economic recovery is faster, you'll make the money you
project.
