Will we crack the 50 today?

Today, Germany officially appealed the European court to turn back a decision of the European commission to ban all tobacco ads in Europe from 2006 on (this is a total advertising and sponsoring ban). I didn't find an english news release, therefore only some notes.

b) would cost 23000 jobs
c) The EU exceeds it competencies in health
policiy
d) EU sponsors tobacco farmers with 1.3 Billion dollars a year
