Actually, his name is Jim Jubak, or something like that, not Jubank.

When I last looked at his picks, many had gone down substantially.

So his SELL LSI order might indeed be a very good omen.
Like the rest of Wall Street, he has a BUY when the stocks reach their 52 week highs and doesn't change the advice until it's at a new 52 week low.

Isn't that skill level a prerequisite to become an analyst?

For what it's worth, this Jim Jubak is officially the senior financial editor of Worth(less?) magazine, which is a Dow Jones/WSJ publication, I believe, on all the newstands.
