To all:

after reading all the posts about the earnings, this is my take

1- ALSC told us that this quarter will not be good, and to expect a better quarter this December. So far they were right.

2- ALSC has more cash:

September 30, March 31,

Current assets:
Cash and cash equivalents $ 12,873 $ 9,522

3-Inventory is down big time:
Inventory 18,508 32,375

4- They have enough cash to survive, that is why the "Company has invested an additional $3.1 million in USIC.

5-the Company expects improved gross margin in the future quarters.''

6- I talked to Peggy O'Halloran of ALSC IR/HR this afternoon:
A- NO stock has been bought part of the buyback program.
B- Improvement to come this December quarter
C- Situation much better than before

Any way you slice it, ALSC is worth more than $2 1/2.
