How much further dilution do they anticipate?

Doc, 1) any question that was related to NPEC was an "open door" discussion following the Medinah agm. In other words it wasn't directly discussed except to say NP owns x number of shares of Medinah and why they received shares. All I can say about NP is that there were meetings to take place today in regards to NP, I would rather defer NP questions to Larry Regis, who will be more than happy to answer your questions. I can say they are studying many options, and I'm sure they will do the right thing. I would rather see them do nothing and let it ride on the coattails of Medinah. Who knows maybe NP could be grandfathered under the Nasdaq listing rules, and merge with Medinah and that way both would benefit. (FOLKS just my thoughts not based on any conversations) Geez I don't wanna be like an E F Hutton commercial LOL!!!!
2) I would say yes they do but to what extent I don't know for sure
3)The only conversation where Mike Jamison's name was brought up was in reference to Medinah's taking a hard stand on SI posters making false or fraudalent statements about the company, I said that thats ok but it also applies to the hypsters as well. That its unfair to just go after the negative posters. I mentioned that I would continue to challenge those "trial member" type post. Its just strictly unfair. The official Medinah website will post the facts. Soooo NO I don't remember of any conversations that I had that would have backed up what MJ was posting.

:-)
