Joe,

In addition it eliminated the incentive for students to achieve higher marks each semester. That was one of the few fun games one could play in school........striving to beat out your friends with a higher average in each subject......no wonder our schools have such poor results today.

As far as IBD.......it would be so nice, if someone would post a few of the stocks with highest relative strength at this forum.....maybe weekly or bi-weekly(sectors with most stocks achieving new highs would be appreciated as well):o)

I plan to become a subscriber when they finally decide to put all the IBD info on line.
