No one really resigns. Can you say fired.

The credit crunch isn't over yet. Due to the uncertainty in the credit markets, mortgage and loan rates are moving up inspite of the Feds lowering. There will be more "resignations" to come.

Interesting! That article claims that BofA made "participation loans" to Shaw. Woa!!!!

Participation loans are what sunk the S&Ls. When you put the fox in charge of the hen house you have trouble every time!! The whole lender perspective changes when you are also sharing in the profits.
