TDFX should use some Beastie Boys lyrics in their ad campaign. From their album _Check Your Head_:

"You got the booming system but it's slicing out doo doo.
You think it's chocolate milk but it's watered down Yoohoo."

Re: 1)CREAF and TDFX 2)Dell advertising TnT and it's affect on Banshee sales and 3)our "pending" OEM deal MHO is that none of us have a clue what's going to happen.

I am getting more and more belligerent as my drop dead date (subject to change of course :) of Dec 1 approaches. I'm going on posting hiatus for a few weeks.

Regards,
Stuart "reality check" Hall

You are exactly correct. CREAF in fact did record a significant one-time gain on the sale of some of its TDDDF last year. And the company isn't dead yet either. CREAF has a good relationship with them also.

I personally hope that CREAF keeps buying as much TDFX as it can while the market is throwing it out the window. No need to make any offers, just keep buying it in the market. It's the next best thing to buying their own stock, which they still can't do and will only have a restricted ability to do so shortly. CREAF can keep a core position for strategic interests and sell the rest when it starts to recover. Maybe they can then use the gain on that to buy some of their own shares later.

Is it possible that TDFX is reciprocating in kind by buying CREAF stock? Even if they had bought a million CREAF shares, they wouldn't have to report that as it would only be about 1% of CREAF. I see in their profile that TDFX is supposed to have about $90 million in cash. Is this a real number? Or is there some reason they can't spend it?
