Folks: The secretary at FAMH gave me Arif's home number: 310 289 9111 by mistake. Normally, I would never even consider posting someone's home number on the web. However, I am SOOOOOOO frustrated and angry at how I was ripped off (275,000 share at a cost basis of .40--yes, that's $100,000 down the tube) that I have no regard for Arif nor anyone who supported him in his fraud. Let him know what you think. When I called, he sounded happy and serene--like he was just cruising along with all our money.

Victor, I agree with you that Arif being completely removed from the company would give some investors a boost of confidence. That unfortunately may prove to be equally dangerous to the unenlightened.

Shareholders are in a very bad position. It would appear the company is under more than an informal review by the SEC based on posts in recent days which mention comments by the SEC.

There is absolutely no doubt, false and misleading information was released by the company and its officers. There will probably be the appropriate actions by the authorities in the near future. (This can be longer than some expect)

This is further damaging to current honest shareholders. You already have lost on paper a huge percentage of the original investment into FAMH. Even if the fundamentals improve, would you want others to invest in this company until the SEC clarifies the situation with or without penalties? The additional risk placed on your investment by the company and its officers by issueing the false and misleading information has hurt your ability significantly of seeing share price increase for some time to come.

Unfortunately as has been pointed out, even Randy has issued wrong information. Shareholders have been extremely hurt and with the cloud hanging overhead, honest shareholders cannot get too excited about the future at this time. That is trouble for the stock and its trading.

They really got you.
