PanAmerican Bancorp has the strategy of becoming a major force in three sectors of our economy. They will soon be a nationally recognized name in each of these areas. 1) Mortgages 2) Health care 3) Online Stock Trading Each of the divisions falls into one or more of these categories. For example, they have both domestic and Latin American mortgages. Videophone applications overlap number one and two. etc. etc. PanAmerican Bancorp is currently inundated with companies requesting to be acquired. They have the task of wading through business plans and financial information of each of these companies to decide which mix would be the best for attaining their goals.
