I had this response e-mailed to me by "Investor to Investor" regarding the
article...
"It has come to my attention this morning that the Stock Detective has written
an article on Rhombic Corp. (NUKE) in which they are casting aspersions on the
company and it's claims on it's technology. It is dated yesterday June 22,1998.
The technology on the IEC fusion machine was written up in an article titled,
"Neutrons For Sale" in the "New Scientist" December 13, 1997 on page 32. The
technology is of such a quality that Daimler-Benz has set up a production line
called FusionStar to produce and market the technology
throughout the world. This is documented and has a great potential. When I
first invested my hard earned money in the company I did my due diligence
first. I intend to keep my investment in this company, but I felt that it was
only fair to inform my readers of both sides in this issue. Make your own
judgements based on your own due diligence.
I recently stumbled across this information on the Internet which gives another
picture of the Stock Detective and I present it to you along with the article
that they wrote about Rhombic so you can make your own judgements about this
company whose technology was written up in
"Unfounded statements made by an Internet publication named The Stock
Detective have hurt many of you. On a regular basis this publication publishes
its OPINION about various stocks traded on the NASDASQ BB system. A system and
listing that is a place of incubation for many companies that do not have the
wherewithal to be formally listed on a major exchange.
Unfortunately, this system leads to abuses, both by the listed companies and by
the markets themselves. Add to this the component of US regulations not
permitting US brokerages to short these BB issues and Canadian brokerages the
ability to do so, and you have a volatile situation.
It now appears that the parent of The Stock Detective, AXXESS Inc. Symbol,AXXS,
201 Park Place, Suite 321, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, (407) 834-4443 is one
such BB issue. It does not report any numbers, is not formally listed on any of
the major exchanges. Only on the BB, pink sheets if you will the same place
that The Stock Detective focus's its attention, looking for "scams."
Furthermore, it appears that The Stock Detective was itself the target of a
shorting campaign last December to drive its price down severely.

Now what has all this to do with the price of rice you might say?
Rumor has it, only rumor mind you, that The Stock Detective, or certain people
associated with The Stock Detective and/ or its principals, are now working in
concert with a certain Canadian brokerage firm, and is taking very large short
positions in various US BB issues. Then, when the timing is appropriate, The
Stock Detective publishes their negative and usually unsubstantiated "expose"
(death by innuendo,) to accomplish the obvious. It would appear, if this rumor
were proven factual, that The Stock Detective has found a way to get even with
the shorter's that did them in last December.
Furthermore, if these rumors can be proven, it would appear that The Stock
Detective may have to face formal charges from the SEC on behalf of stateside
investors in other BB listed securities.
Has your stock price ever been affected by the opinions of The Stock
Detective?"

PLEASE READ----ABOUT THE BASHERS AND THEIR GAMES------
Many people are getting upset that some, especially the new people are
responding to the slimeball bashers. What I believe because I have seen in the
past that some and just some of the people responding are bashers themselves.
I'm not naming and names of course, but, I saw this type action before and
would bet my allowance that this is how they work.
I run/operate many chat and posting websites, I track the IP address of the
trouble-makers only to reveal that they have many aliases. Many times I found
that the ones who respond are bashers themselves.
Your saying; "huh"??
It (bashers) want to take up much of the thread for themselves, if it seems
that
some of the concerned shareholders of a stock are responding and quite harshly
it is because they help create this illusion. Like I said I have seen this
before many times.
Bottom Line: Do not waist the threads time or your time asking and pleading for
some of the supposed shareholders not to respond.
Because;
IT WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE SOME OF THEM ARE IN ON IT!!
They have no lives no family no friends, they were hurt in the past and looking
for redemption and this is how they get it.
THINK ABOUT IT: Who in their right mind would spend day after day night after
night posting and bashing stocks that apparently they do not own??
They create the stage for all who want to listen.
We know who the REAL shareholders are.
