who cares what they encourage or discourage as long as u can do it efficiently enough.. i did not know about the 60 day restriction..i did not read that part in their flyer...not good then. u want to get rid of any ipo on the first day. i guess it is like buying for 5% above ipo price and hope the stock jumps like crazy on first day, like broadcom, ebay etc...may not be too bad if u know that the stock is going to fly...use this only for ipo purposes. ipo market has been dead for a while, it will pick up as dow heads up.
