*OT* Ike: I believe there are many stories such as the aforementioned. It is sad but true that these gurus feed off the naive. Many of my friends worship the likes of Favors, Acampora, Brinker, ect. They buy when they should sell and sell when they should buy. I was there once, but learned quickly that following these quacksters is a recipe for destruction! As you've pointed out, the larger trend is what perpetuates this market! The bears have been wrong for so long, no telling how much they've left on the table! I root for the little guy as I consider myself to be in that group. I have great disdain for these charlatan's who profess the sky is falling in! One takes great strides as an investor when a sound strategy is formulated and adhered too! I'm sure that IDEA has helped so many, many more than ever post here.You are truly a forerunner in my book! That being said, fading Favors and his cronies has proved so rewarding over the last few years! I'm sure these faultfinders will continue to come at you from every direction. But as your record indicates, you are most definitely up for the challenge! Continued success and may your grandiose work abide into the future!
