Marty, Bought 3 IBM Aptivas for my business. Excellent machines at a very low price. Excellent support, easy initial setup, all 3 set up by employees without support/guidance from me. Difficult initial setup to web because of marketing tool for IBM net connection but, overall, very impressed with IBM's attempt to make Aptiva line easy to use. The "marketing tool" was quite clever. They made the Internet start page a advertisement for IBM's ISP. The unsophisticated new user couldn't get out of it without signing up (or reading the documentation). IBM has come a long way under Gerstner. Yogi
