I do not believe that is an option.

hihopes: Re: <<"...FAMH to buy-back shares at market value as a means to punish Arif(the thief) and company ?>>

Buying back shares does not turn losses into profits. It does not turn lies into truth. The "art" of alchemy died off a long time ago.

Buying back shares only drains cash which is needed: 1)to maintain management in the lifestyle they have become accustomed to; 2)pay off pending debts; 3)find a segment of the market, a company size, and/or a set of ethics that will allow the company to be profitable.

There should be a mix that would allow profitability. A little jail time for some could serve as a catalyst to bring the highest management (remaining) to a reality that shareholders/investors have rights and expectations.

There is no guarantee a company will be profitable, or if profitable, remain that way forever. Nevertheless, investors deserve the honest "scoop" of what is occurring. Less than that is FRAUD.

Several months ago, FAMH released info. that all financial information was being channeled directly to the NY office. It is therefore, consolidated. Timely information should be available, and Randy may be making every effort to get things current.

The major problem for investors is there is they no longer have any idea about what they own shares in. There is no accurate and direct info. on what business the company is doing, what revenues are present and their trend, what liabilities are facing the company, who are the major investors in the company, ...... gosh, really it is almost everything about the company that is unknown.

For all practical purposes everyone holds shares in the "black hole" nebula. So far, it has sucked everything in, and not let anything out. Every piece of information so far is suspect, with almost unanimously inaccurate, deceitful data. I'll allow that the 1996 and 1997 audits stand a probability of being true, because the data is plausible.

No past PR is reliable. Investors deserve a clean detail of all business the company is engaged in, and pending liabilities, along with month-month financial activity.

<< Do you think that the SEC can force FAMH to buy-back shares at market value as a means to punish Arif(the thief) and company ? >>

No of course not, hihopes. The sec would fine the co, so the money goes to the govt. Why give it to the investors who lost their investments? The fed govt needs the money more than you do, and they are entitled to it!
