Robert- I heard that BG just finished with his testimony yesterday. From what I hear it was one giant fishing expedition and they asked him the same the same questions over and over. That is the tactic when you don't have a case. It sounds like the case should wrap up quickly now that BG is done since the plaintiffs never had anything solid. Yesterday was weak on very light volume. The MM's were in there gobbling up the shares that fell out. Earnings are due in about a week and the stock has always picked up some steam prior to earnings. The rumor mill is busy with talk of real analyst coverage. We need it! I keep hearing about a pile of news as well.
