Michael, Perhaps if we all write to the SEC Chairman, this could go a long way toward stopping this sleazy and illegal tactic...We know who they are - this Kumar character from Piper Jaffrey and the Hamberg and Quist outfit...

You can't go after these guys cuz they have a realistic view that may or maynot pan out to be fact.

My god...this reminds me of Kurlak on INTC....everyone wanted his head...but in the end he was right.
