Sorry for the delay in response. I've been watching Bloomberg to see any developments and keeping an ear out with my brokers/on line...there were 1800 shares traded on the 20th, 800 @3.5, 1000@3.25. The "news" which was supposed to come out on Wednesday obviously didn't...our sources tell us this is expected on Monday. Can't find a ticker for "Image"...we hear that this company sells "internet booths"; kiosks in train stations, etc. where people can log on and check their e-mail on the road...might bring the needed marketing skills for Valence9 or might just be a cash flow purchase in order to finance further take-overs.
