Well, you scared the crap out of me, so I called the company... KCAP's IR dept. said that Norrstar is mostly involved in a fulfillment capacity. i.e. calling brokerage houses, buy-side analysts, etc. Your Heredia would hardly be doing that. It's KCAP's executive and DDW who are running the show, and Heredia is not involved at all in any decision-making. In fact, they had not even heard of him before. This is not to say we shouldn't be cautious - but that each company should analyzed on performance - and KCAP is looking incredibly strong... something big is afoot, IMHO. zack
