Reporting a dollar loss wouldn't be good for Cisco either. What's either got to do with reality?

market. only the true leaders could go up regardless of PE.
I think you wishing to buy csco at a better price like tom kulat (what ever) wanted to buy intel at 65. it's not too late to pay a higher
price for a quality stock than to pay for a cheap stock with bad
prospect. That's why Chicago wouldnt mind to pay MICHAEL
Jordan the most because he is the best.
