IMO, it is a matter of WHEN, not IF, in terms of announcements of signed contracts. Negotiations with foreign governments/telcos are surely complicated and definitely take time to complete. DGIV may be pushing for things to be done from this end; however, bureaucracy does have its own pace. It is only my "guess", but I would think that things are "quiet" for a reason. Again, it is only a matter of time, and I am willing to wait.

Hi all , just to let you know that I'm still here lurking,
don't like all the basher's B.S. That is why I don't
like to post,and there is a lot of people like me out there
just lurking,so don't think that there are a lot of people who gave
up on digitcom ,were just waiting for the contract's to get
