Players Network Announces Advertising Contracts And Kiosk Order

October 21, 1998 - Las Vegas, Nevada - Players Network (OTC BB : PNTV)
today announced the signing of contracts with 6 different companies to
advertise on the Players Network digital 24 hour gaming and entertainment
network. The 6 companies include 2 International, 1 Regional and 3 local
Las Vegas area companies. The companies range from jewelry chains to
restaurants. Players Network is currently operating in 6 affiliate
casino/hotels in the Las Vegas area. The affiliate casino properties are
Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, Four Queens, Buffalo Bills, Primm Valley
Resort, Whiskey Pete's and the newest property, Sunset Station Hotel and
Casino.

Players Network also announced that they are in receipt of a purchase order
from Players Island Casino in Metropolis, Illinois for their Kiosk design.
The order is for components of the Kiosk and does not include the Players
Network programming or software.

In addition, Players Network announced that their financials are now up to
date as the 1997 audit has been completed. The Company expects to submit
for a Moody's or Standard and Poors listing in the near future and expects
to file to become a reporting company in the next few months.

Players Network is the first digital 24 hour gaming and entertainment
network which specializes in producing customized television programming to
serve the rapidly growing gaming industry. Players Network delivers its
24 hour television channel directly into the hotel and casino guestrooms.

The company's format is designed to educate new players and promote casino

world. Programming includes shows on basic gaming instruction, news sports
