National database checks volunteers who work with kids -

"The new law authorizes a $1.25 billion, five-year technology grant
program for states to help local law enforcement agencies share electronic information in national crime databases and improve their crime laboratories. Grants would not be appropriated until the 2000 fiscal year."

Rob,

Hey.....Just stopped home for lunch after another morning of death and accident free framing.....to find a nice little dead cat bounce.

Looks like the volume is picking up a little bit too.

I think folks are beginning to see that IDX never should have been in single digits in the first place.......I really do believe that single digits will be history by voting day.......Just a hunch.

I hope your charts are beginning to show the same thing.
