Shadow,
I can assure you of this - The Transfer Agent is not of the same opinion you have of dilution by LTGL and total disregard for shareholder interest. I have spoken to some length with the company and have gotten a full explanation of where they expect the stock to be within the next ten (10) years. Perhaps they are wrong and you are correct. Time will tell. Every time there is activity on this stock you continue to post dilution.

These are facts I take comfort in as a shareholder. Back when the float was about 60-70 Million shares the stock was trading at .13 a share. This was an interim day trading high. This was before LTGL has completed the China deal. This was before LTGL had secured the Pep Boy deal and of course before re-orders from Pep Boys. This was before Trak Auto and before the latest acquisition of B & B. Certainly more shares were issued to raise capital for the aforementioned deals. It seems clear to me that the funds generated from the sale of the stock was not poured down a rathole.

When you consider what the stock is selling for now compared to the what it was selling for then and compare that to the float then LTGL would appear to be undervalued. Of course you could say it was extremely overvalued before. I forgot to mention also that LTGL also hired a CFO. The consultants that are working on behalf of LTGL are former Wal*Mart executives. I think they know a little about retailing.

Maybe you are correct and you can say I told you so. But like I said before I would rather see you make money than eat crow. The company has been doing a lot of good things. The dilution would be terrible if the money was poured down a rathole. If you find that rathole please let all of us shareholder know.
