I am certain you are correct with your assumption, I have asked Rosario, five times, why if he was not interested in the stock would he continue to post messages about it. If there is no interest why would he not go to something else? He will not answer that question. So I am sure he is just trying to run it down as far as possible, so he can accumulate.
