Where did you learn he was against the deal to sell the spectrum? Was it in his filing? I suppose everything depends on the wildcard - Bossard. The Hovnanians can not make it happen on their own. If the deal does not happen, maybe Bennett could repo the spectrum since he probably acquired his shares as an unpaid creditor of CVUS.
