PS My guess is Bob will make the call AFTER he sees the money flowing as he is a bit more conservative than some of us and the outperformance is supposed to last several years once it starts. My post says I am just getting my allocations into small caps from maybe 10% to more like 30% to match the Wilshire 5000. I will probably wait like BB to increase from there..8)

In other words, the shift by the Fed provides funding for the capital expansion needed for the revenue growth of companies? And, you are saying that the small cap companies are more sensitive to the availability of investment borrowing? Why would this (latter) be the case?
