is DCTC on RUNWAY? it's time for DCTC to enter the RUNWAY when DCTC stages above $1 as a Plane enters the runway, it moves slowly at beginning and will speed up,accelerate and move faster and faster to THE POINT when it will take off! this point is THE ENDING OF QUIET PERIOD. no one knows WHAT DATE IT IS, but we all know we are in the 47th day of QUIET PERIOD. if HISTORY repeats itself, WE are very near the END OF QUIET PERIOD. I was amazed by the courage of SHORTERS' short sell on SEP.23,1998 which pushed DCTC down from$1 3/8 to $1 in several hours. now I SEE! because it was only 20th day of quiet period on SEP.23, shorters must have bet that THEY STILL HAD SOMETIME before QUIET PERIOD ENDING. now with DCTC second QTR. number may come out any minute and QUIET PERIOD may end any day from now, there is no more time left for SHORTERS. shorters have to cover all its short. the sooner, the better! STRONGER than ever, go DCTC!
