Have you noticed the large insider purchases for ACEC? Looks promising to me. Looks like management is putting their money where their mouth is!

I suspect that the incumbent carriers will migrate slowly to packet-based platforms, but there should be plenty of new business from the emerging carriers that have opted for the price performance advantages of packet technology rather than switches.
