i havent been getting most of my email confirmations either - anyone else ? datek claims they know of no problems of course they claimed i never sent an email request for some info on a trade i made and why it took 4 minutes to complete a transaction on a not so active stock - after 3 weeks i resent the request with the original and full headers attached - they claimed it wasnt in their database seems to me datek is falling apart at the seams i'm still waiting for datek to explain in this forum why they continue to drag their feet on upgrading their infrastructure to handle the morning crush
