americandane,

probably. i am verrrryyyy long on ifmx. i use both fundamental and technical analysis in evaluating stocks. the technical side just points out that ifmx has not yet broken out of its current 6 month down cycle (although there are some indications that the stock has just ended a 9 month full cycle and is just starting a new cycle).

the fundamental side points out that the company does appear to be turning around. what i think wall street will be watching more than anything is the revenue number. if ifmx shows both income and REVENUE growth this quarter, it may be enough to attract the money managers and get this puppy moving upward. if revenue growth is lacking or negative, income growth may not be received with much enthusiam.
