I also have to wonder who is selling so low... I have been in constant contact with Bill Gallagher to the point that alot of the time he calls me ( i can be rather persistant especially where my money is concerned ) he seems very sincere and excited with this deal , anyway hopefully he is going over the edgarized proxy as we speak and I will talk to him this afternoon. The deal as I understand it looks very good and Clyde Culp is a winner and not a penny player
