Shadow, The Company never refused to provide an investor with the outstanding shares. The transfer agent does not want to refuse to give out the outstanding share information either however it became a problem when the TA was receiving so many phone calls every 30 minutes from the same people. Do not twist that into an false statement that the company is refusing to give information because it is diluting the shares and is trying to keep it a secret. LTGL has been spending money on legal fees with a Florida Law firm to be a full reporting company. The idea that LTGL is diluting shares and thinking that they are keeping it on the sly is ridiculous. Every time any shares are traded you post that it is dilution. Even if you would be correct about LTGL in terms of share price, most of what you post is without facts. It brings me back to one of the first things I remember learning in Law School from a Law School Professor and that is - a little knowledge is dangerous. Some people learn a little about stock trading and the next thing you know they are making continuous posts believing they know everything and unfortunately those that do not know any better begin believing them and accept it as fact.
