Jay: OT I have never supported Welfare in its current form. I believe the policy has been responsible for creating many problems that ail this country. I believe the country would have been much better off, had Welfare never been started. Now, having said that, I am concerned that the reforms in place are being implemented to sharply! They should be more slowly staged in! I anticipate much urban unrest after these cuts start going into effect. Glad I no longer live in the LA area. Gee, and the Rodney King riot gave folks a scare, just wait until the post offices (the ones that were not burned to the ground after the riots) stop dropping off the checks! I will be adding to my weapons cache, increasing my ammunition store, buying bullet proof vest and possible placing a few clamors around the perimeter of the homestead. <g> BWDIK Regards, LG
