Mighty,

Don't go short. I'm telling you unless you know exactly what the MM's are doing, you will get burned in the long run. They have been short yesterday, but they may be back long today. You just don't know.

Also, ASND may not be in play right now, but it can change very quickly with a phone call. That's all it takes. No warning, and ASND is gone, and you'll be stuck paying for the goodwill from the deal.

If you short, then I assume you do not see ASND being a take over target. Is there any possibility of a take over or buy out?

Just how far into the 30's do you see ASND falling?
