"DougHboy, looks like a another release of old news." Dug, I agree. It appears to be the same old thing. A baby bell announces grand plans to do long distance, give it a month or two, it's shot down by FCC. Maybe this one will be different, but it sure gives no indication why? How come the bells waste time on these announcements? There must be some kind of strategy involved? I don't get it. It makes them look foolish to me. MikeM(From Florida)
