Before you give yourself a concussion, try calling them at 1-888-222-5967. Ask to speak directly to Paul. At this point, a response is a response, whether it be verbal or written. If you can't get a hold of Paul, try annoying John McGee like I did last week.

Not that it matters much at this point, but does anyone know if they replaced Samantha?
