As John Marshall used to emphasize law is the rule of reason. DOJ case is unreasonable in all aspects as Mr. Warden so amply demonstarted in the first day of cross w/ Barksdale.

As Joe Friday used to say to the emotionally charged women witnesses "just the facts mam" and those will carry the day. NSCP in the person of Mr.Barksdale looking not only dumb so far but maybe just as guilty of what they accuse NSFT of. And if there had ever been a collusive agreement to tie up the browser market NSCP would be sitting in the dock with MSFT. Have you read the two very good editorials in today's IBD? Boise histrionics and anecdotal presentation doesn't look good for anti-MSFT. If it weren't for Bozo Jackson- here say is admissible before him- this case should be all but moot at this point.
